Should you need to cancel in less than 24 hours, we will make every effort to fill your appointment slot. If we are unable, you will be charged a $50.00 fee. In order to preserve everyone's schedule, please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule the appointment and you may be charged the $50.00 fee. Please alert us if you are running late and we will do our best to accommodate when possible. We will do our best to do the same for you.
Additionally, if book an appointment online that is not the appropriate timing for what you are trying to achieve and the stylist or skincare professional does not have enough time to complete your desired result you will be charged for the appointment that you booked.
